 Effective March 5, 2008, Texas has renewed its Construction General Permit (CGP). If you are currently developing or building under an existing Notice of Intent (NOI) issued prior to March 5th, YOUR PERMIT HAS EXPIRED as of June 3, 2008.If your construction storm water permit has expired, and you still need coverage, you will need to apply for a new permit by submitting another NOI and, of course, paying a new fee. Permits which have expired are not eligible to be terminated. Do not submit a Notice of Termination. For more information please contact us at 817.715.8558.
