Effective March 5, 2008, Texas has renewed its Construction General Permit (CGP). If you are currently developing or building under an existing Notice of Intent (NOI) issued prior to March 5th, YOUR PERMIT HAS EXPIRED. You must renew coverage under the new CGP by submitting another NOI and, of course, paying a new fee. You have 90 days in which to do so (until June 3, 2008).
If you are completing construction and/or permanently stabilizing your sites prior to June 3rd, you do not need to submit a new NOI. You also do not need to submit a Notice of Termination, as your Permit has expired so no Termination is required.
